For years, the WorldVenture Communications team has created new booth materials for conferences. We worked closer with mobilization this time, attempting to resolve problems with banner size, amount of materials, amount of content in each piece, while conveying what makes WorldVenture unique and appearing modern, tasteful, but not overly-priced. All materials fit inside a wheeled, golf-club case.
The message being conveyed is WorldVenture works with a multitude of people groups and allows people to use their talents. We displayed eight category cards fitting in two wooden blocks. Each card has a category, a small description, and a link on the back. We also pulled articles from our quarterly magazine to a biannual mini-magazine. A detailed forty-page brochure was also included. When following up a year later, the display worked well enough that there was no need to redesign it.
